Pagan Parenting Rights
This just found its way into my email from a friend who is in another Pagan discussion group.... I was shocked.. in this day and age that people can still think this way... As some of you know I'm in the middle of a custody fight. He has called protective services on me numerous times so they are involved in my life. I went to my attorney today and got raked over the coals because I was honest about my religion!!!!!!! He said I should have NEVER admitted to being Wiccan. And he's really worried that they may take my kids because I'm not NORMAL!!!!!!! Protective Services had me do a psychological evaluation and in it they said I had a weak view on being female and try to exert power by claiming to be Wiccan. AND I have a poor grasp on reality because of my Wiccan beliefs....(our Goddess and Gods are mythological). I'm so ANGRY!!!! I don't know wich way to turn. How could they say such things. And the Christian God is mythological too....as far as I know no one has seen him. Help!!!!! Anyone ever been through this? I live in a small close minded town and if this goes into court I will be the only Wiccan there amongst tons of hypocritical Catholics. Advice? Bright Blessings, Angela M.
